本中心提供之表达艺术治疗服务形式广泛及具弹性，以配合不同服务使用者之需要，表达艺术治疗师一般可为使用者提供一对一的表达艺术个别治疗或表达艺术治疗小组，同时本中心亦会为社福机构、商业机构及学校提供外展表达艺术治疗服务，为合作机构及学校度身订造最能让治疗对象受惠之表达艺术治疗模式，每个治疗项目长度均按需要而订，可由一节表达艺术治疗体验工作坊以至数年的治疗期不等。

We provide highly flexible services to meet the needs of our service users. In general, we offer customised 1:1 Individual and Therapeutic Group Sessions. We also offer tailor-made Outreach Services for Organization, School, and Company, to maximize the benefits of our service users as well as the therapeutic outcome. The length of session/ service can be various according to careful assessment of the needs of our service users, from one-session experiential workshop to several-year therapeutic period, in order to maximize the benefits of our service users as well as the therapeutic outcome.

《表达艺术个案治疗  Individual Expressive Arts Therapy》

表达艺术治疗师与服务使用者进行一对一的表达艺术治疗。表达艺术治疗师将因应服务使用者个别情况及需要订立治疗目标，并进行针对性治疗。欢迎有意接受表达艺术个别治疗人士预约进行咨询。

Individual Therapy provides one-on-one psychotherapy service with the therapist in a safe and supportive environment, which is tailored to each individual. Based on the conditions of the service user, the therapist will set up goals of therapy and provide a customized therapy service to facilitate changes. 《表达艺术治疗成长小组Expressive Arts Therapy Group  》

表达艺术治疗师为面对类似处境或有共同需要的人士，以小组形式进行治疗。表达艺术治疗小组一般由六至十人组成，但亦会评价服务使用者的身体状态、情绪状态及各方面需要而作出人数调整。表达艺术治疗师将就小组组员的需要设计治疗计划，服务使用者在小组进程中除了获得治疗服务外，亦可透过与其他组员的互动、分享及共同体验获得支持。

Group Therapy provides psychotherapy service typically in a group of six to ten service users with related issues or conditions with a therapist. However, the group size could be adjusted based on the body-emotion conditions and the needs of the service users. The therapist will carefully design therapeutic plan regarding the needs of the group members. Besides obtaining the therapy service, the service users could also receive mutual-supports from the group members through the interactions, sharings, and shared experience in the sessions.

《表达艺术治疗工作坊Expressive Arts Therapy Workshops》

本中心将不定期推出各类型主题的表达艺术治疗工作坊，让大众人士可以体验表达艺术治疗。有兴趣人士请密切留意本中心网页及微信公众号更新。

《团体表达艺术治疗服务Outreach Expressive Arts Therapy》

本中心欢迎与社福机构、商业机构及学校合作，与各机构及学校共同制订合适服务使用者的表达艺术治疗治疗计划。表达艺术治疗师将亲临各机构及学校推行表达艺术治疗计划，形式可为表达艺术个别治疗、表达艺术治疗小组及表达艺术治疗工作坊等。诚意邀请各机构及学校联络本中心商讨表达艺术治疗安排。
A variety of customized outreach service programs are offered to Organization, School, and Company, both on site and in the community. Outreach services can be provided in the forms of individual / group therapy sessions, and workshops etc. We will set up therapeutic plan to meet the needs of the service users with the Organization, School, and Company collaboratively.
